Terms of Use
Effective date: June 14, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using ReelLearn, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable terms provided by Apple. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What ReelLearn provides
ReelLearn provides tools for personal learning, including creating and organizing flashcards, reviewing cards in a swipe-based reel, and tracking study progress. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the app evolves.
3. License
Subject to these terms, ReelLearn grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the flashcards, notes, questions, answers, and other content you create in ReelLearn. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to use it. Do not create or store content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or violates these terms.
5. Responsible use
You agree not to misuse ReelLearn. In particular, you may not:
- Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app, except where applicable law permits
- Bypass purchase access, security controls, or other built-in protections
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute ReelLearn or its proprietary materials without permission
6. App purchase and billing
ReelLearn is offered as a paid app that you purchase once through Apple's App Store. Prices may vary by region and may change over time, so please refer to the App Store for current pricing in your area. Purchases are billed to your Apple ID through the App Store.
7. Refunds
Since purchases are handled by Apple, billing disputes and refund requests should be made through Apple Support and are governed by Apple's policies.
8. Intellectual property
ReelLearn, including its software, design, branding, and app-provided materials, is owned by the service provider or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of ReelLearn or its intellectual property to you.
9. Third-party services
ReelLearn relies on Apple services such as the App Store and, when enabled, iCloud. Your use of those services is subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services or for interruptions caused by them.
10. Educational disclaimer
ReelLearn is a study and organization tool. It does not guarantee learning outcomes, grades, test results, professional qualifications, or the accuracy of content created or entered by users. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying your study materials.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of ReelLearn at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will remain compatible with every device or operating-system version.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelLearn is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, learning progress, profits, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of ReelLearn. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Termination
You may stop using ReelLearn at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you materially violate these terms, misuse the app, or when necessary to protect ReelLearn, its users, or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ReelLearn evolves or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revisions are posted. Continued use of ReelLearn after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
