1. Overview

ReelLearn is a local-first study app designed to help you create flashcards, review them in a swipe-based reel, and track your learning progress. We do not sell your personal information or use your study content for advertising.

2. Information stored for you

To provide ReelLearn's features, the app stores content and preferences that you choose to create or provide, including:

• Flashcard decks, cards, notes, questions, and answers
• Study activity, review progress, and learning streaks
• App preferences and settings
• Purchase entitlement information made available by Apple

3. How your information is used

Your information is used to display and organize your study materials, maintain your learning progress, remember your preferences, sync compatible data when enabled, and verify purchase access when needed. ReelLearn does not use your study content to build advertising profiles.

4. Local storage and iCloud sync

Core app data is stored on your device. When iCloud is available and enabled, compatible data may sync through your private iCloud account using Apple's infrastructure. Your iCloud usage is controlled by your Apple ID and device settings. ReelLearn does not operate a separate user-account database for your study content.

5. App Store purchases

ReelLearn is sold through Apple's App Store as a one-time purchase. ReelLearn does not collect or store your full payment-card details. Apple may provide the app with limited transaction and entitlement information needed to verify access. Apple's privacy policy and terms apply to App Store transactions.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be handled by Apple as necessary to provide iCloud sync, App Store purchases, downloads, and related platform services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and safety.

7. Data retention and deletion

Your study content remains on your device and, when enabled, in your private iCloud storage until you delete it. You can delete content within ReelLearn, remove local app data by deleting the app, and manage synced data through your iCloud settings. Deleting the app may not automatically remove data already stored in iCloud.

8. Your controls

You can manage iCloud access and device permissions in iOS Settings. Purchases and refund requests are handled through your Apple ID and Apple Support. Available controls may vary by device and operating-system version.

9. Children's privacy

ReelLearn is designed for learners of all ages, including children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Study content is stored on the user's device and, when enabled, in their private iCloud account under the control of the device owner or parent or guardian.

10. Security

ReelLearn keeps your study content on your device and, when enabled, in your private iCloud account. Your data benefits from the security protections built into your Apple device, iOS, and iCloud. Keeping your device software updated and protecting your Apple ID helps keep your information secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as ReelLearn evolves or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are posted. Continued use of ReelLearn after an update means the revised policy applies to your use of the app.
